What is the privacy policy

This page describes how to manage the site with reference to the processing of personal data of users who consult it.

This is an information that is also provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 – Code regarding the protection of personal data for those who interact with the web services of the company Be ONE Art and Luxury Home, accessible electronically from the address:

The information is made available only for the website of the Be ONE Art and Luxury Home Data Controller and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user via links.

The information is compliant with European Community legislation and more precisely with Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by art. 29 of the directive n. 95/46 / EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the methods, timing and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection.


The “owner” of the treatment

Pursuant to art. 28 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, the owner of the data is the company Be ONE Art and Luxury Home based in Florence.


The “managers” of the treatment

Pursuant to art. 29 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, the Data Processor is Be ONE Art and Luxury Home.

Pursuant to art. 29 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, the external data processing manager for the management of the site and the acquisition of personal data during the booking phase is the Company D-EDGE – 64-66 Rue des Archives, 75003 Paris, France owner of the hotel booking engine integrated into this website.


Place of data processing

The site is hosted on machines managed by an external company, however, communications are sent to the data controller in order to respond to user requests and guarantee reservations.

The treatments connected to the web services of this site therefore take place at the offices of the owner and of the external managers of the treatment for areas of relevance.

No data deriving from the web service is communicated by the two companies to third parties unless the purpose of the processing is strictly relevant or imposed by laws or regulations.


Purpose of the treatment

The personal data provided voluntarily and optionally by users who submit requests to receive information on hotel services (prices, room availability, etc.), or simply forward employment requests by sending curricula in electronic format, are used to only for the purpose of carrying out the service or provision requested and are not communicated to third parties unless the communication is required by law or is strictly relevant and necessary for the fulfillment of requests.

In particular, the personal data provided voluntarily by the data subjects will be collected and processed, also with the aid of electronic means directly and / or through delegated third parties (companies for the e-mail service, companies for hosting the website) for the following purposes:

  • check the availability of the requested room against information entered in the booking form;
  • allow you to make and confirm your reservation by providing your identification data and your credit card details as a guarantee;
  • activate any promotional and commercial activities in accordance with art. 130 paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree 196/2003;
  • to fulfill current administrative, accounting and tax obligations, as well as to comply with laws and regulations;
  • provide answers on our hotel services (room availability, prices, conference rooms, catering, etc.);
  • register in the newsletter to receive periodic communications of a commercial or promotional nature;
  • evaluate any curricula received compatibly with any internal needs;
  • for the defense by the Owner in court or in the preparatory stages for its eventual establishment, from abuses resulting from illegal use of the website or related services by the User;
  • statistical purposes in anonymous form (to evaluate the number of accesses, etc.). 



Personal data on reservations will be processed electronically and on paper for the sole purpose of guaranteeing the reservation of the room \ and under the agreed conditions.

The booking platform is owned by the Fastbooking company, external data processor, who will communicate the data of the interested party to the accommodation facility for normal activities related to hospitality management

The data will be recorded in our electronic databases accessible to personnel duly appointed and trained in the security and confidentiality of personal data.

To confirm the reservation, a credit card will be required, given as a guarantee, it being understood that the customer can decide to pay in cash at the end of the stay.


CV management

This information drafted in accordance with art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 can be used by the company Be ONE Art and Luxury Home also for any advertisements published to recruit personnel on sites or portals not directly managed by the company Be ONE Art and Luxury Home.

The Company will process the curricula received via email or through third-party recruiting companies (publications on portals, etc.) to evaluate potential applications within the company or that could arise in the near future.

The processing takes place electronically with the exception of curricula received by ordinary mail.

The curricula considered “interesting” will be kept at the company headquarters for a period not exceeding one year and will be treated in full compliance with the minimum security measures referred to in art. 33, 34 and 35 of Legislative Decree 196/2003.

The curricula deemed irrelevant as well as those curricula whose retention time has exceeded 12 months will be discarded.

The curricula will in any case be kept at the company headquarters and will not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties.

The same can be evaluated by employees or collaborators of the company appointed as data processors (pursuant to art. 30 of Legislative Decree 196/2003).

In any case, the kind candidates are invited to respect the following rules in the transmission of curricula in electronic format:

  1. Fill in your CV in the European format;
  2. transmit the curriculum in pdf format;
  3. avoid entering sensitive data in your curriculum (relating, in particular, to the state of health, religious, philosophical or political beliefs) that are not relevant in relation to the job offer;
  4. give consent to the processing.

The company reserves the right to trash the curricula that do not comply with the above requirements.

The Company will be responsible for providing appropriate information pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, during any interviews with candidates.

The purpose of the processing related to the management of curricula, will involve activities strictly related to the assessment, recruitment or selection of personnel, with the objectives of collaboration, temporary or permanent employment, internships, or to allow the selected candidate to prepare his / her thesis degree at our office.


Commercial email communications

Be ONE Art and Luxury Home reserves the right to send promotional and commercial emails in accordance with art. 130 paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree 196/2003:

“If in the context of a sale of a good or a service the Data Controller uses the customer’s e-mail address, the same address can be used to send commercial and promotional material without requesting prior consent as long as the customer is duly informed at each sending of promotional and commercial material and that the same has the possibility in an easy and free way to exercise the right to interrupt such treatment “.

In this case, the interested party, having received the first promotional message, will have the opportunity to unsubscribe from the accommodation facility’s newsletter with a simple click.

The sending of these messages is entrusted to a third-party provider of e-mail services.


Communications and dissemination of data

 The personal data acquired from the website in question may be processed exclusively by personnel officially appointed and trained in matters of confidentiality and security of personal data.

The areas of communication of the personal data of the interested parties may refer to:

  1. to Public Bodies or Offices according to legal and/or contractual obligations;
  2. D-EDGE company;
  3. external data processors as companies or consultants who carry out on behalf of the owner activities instrumental to the correct functioning of the site and management of the information acquired through it;
  4. to the Postal Police for the determination of any activities harmful to the company’s site;
  5. to collaborators or service providers when the communication is necessary for the use by the interested party of the hotel services.

Personal data will not be disseminated.


Navigation data

The software applications aimed at the operation of this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit as part of the normal Internet communication IP protocol.

This is information that is not collected to be directly associated with the identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through subsequent processing and correlation with data held by third parties (providers), allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the date and time of the request, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) ​​addresses of the requested resources, the size of the file obtained in response from the server, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (ok, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.

These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing.

This site may reveal personal data which, if requested in accordance with the law, may be disclosed to the judicial authority for the purpose of defense of the State or for the prevention, detection or repression of crimes, to act to ensure the protection of the personal data of the interested parties who use the online services of the site, for any defensive investigations pursuant to law no. 397 of 7 December 2000, or, in any case, to assert or defend a legitimate right and interest of the Data Controller in court in compliance with the principles of relevance and not excess with respect to the purpose of the processing.

Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data to make an online reservation.

The advancement of the online booking procedure implies an implicit consent of the interested party to the processing of their personal data according to the privacy policy of this website.

Any acquisition of other personal data through dedicated forms (for example, registration for the newsletter), will require an explicit acknowledgment of the information by the data subject as an authorization to process his personal data.

Failure to provide personal data provided by the website may make it impossible to obtain what is requested.

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. 


Processing methods

Personal data are processed in paper format and/or with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.


Data provided voluntarily by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

Rights of interested parties

The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification (Article 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003).

Pursuant to the same article, one has the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.

The rights of the interested party are detailed below.

Art. 7 – Right to access personal data and other rights

  1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.
  2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:

  4. b) the purposes and methods of the processing;
  5. c) of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools;
  6. d) the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under Article 5, paragraph 2;
  7. e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.
  8. The interested party has the right to obtain:
  9. a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
  10. b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data which need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
  11. c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment is proves impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
  12. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
  13. a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
  14. b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
